Newton Court is a spacious, welcoming, contemporary café offering a selection of breakfasts, brunches, lunches, snacks and cakes, overlooking the orchards based on our organic farm. There’s a bar, farm shop selection and the venue is available for exclusive hire. Newton Court Cider is also housed on Newton Court Farm.
As a working environment Newton Court is modern, clean and makes a really positive impact. The building is surrounded by orchards and fields. It’s a working farm, with sheep, lambs, cattle and some arable crops. Red kites fly above the thicket of trees visible from the staff entrance. Working hours are predominantly in the day time. Newton Court is easily accessible from the A49, with free parking. There’s also a bus stop right outside the drive. All team members are eligible for a share of tips and free staff food. There’s a staff discount in place. Staff are consulted and take part in all-staff meetings each quarter. Training is provided on a suite of fundamental areas (food safety, COSHH etc) as well as the more creative barista training and cider education. Newton Court is growing and our team can grow and develop alongside us.
We are looking for new team members who can provide exceptional customer service alongside similarly minded colleagues. We’d like to bring on board people who go out of their way to ensure customers have a great experience when they visit us. We are a supportive team and love working with others for whom “team spirit” is part of their DNA.
