November’s Steak Night will be on Saturday 9th, serving from 6pm to 8.15pm. With a background in farming, and a herd of Herefords of our own, here at Newton Court we relish a great steak, and all the trimmings.
A memorable steak starts with careful rearing, butchering and aging of the beef. Our Head Chef Gavin Morgan has worked with local butchers to source the best sirloin, rump and fillet which will be cut and cooked to order.
Start with a sharing platter, or your own starter. The steak might be the centrepiece but the sides are oh-so important too.
We’d be remiss not to mention that well-chilled Newton Court Cider accompanies a steak platter perfectly.
